About Us

 

At Green Rise Care, we believe in putting people first. Founded by experienced Occupational Therapists with a passion for community care, our agency is built on a simple yet powerful mission: to empower individuals to live as independently as possible.

Operating across West Yorkshire, including Kirklees, Bradford, and Wakefield, we provide comprehensive domiciliary care services that go beyond traditional care. While many care agencies focus on increasing support hours and costs, we take a different approach. By offering free Occupational Therapy (OT) assessments, we help identify opportunities to reduce the need for ongoing care, fostering independence through tailored solutions.

Our team works closely with clients and their families to provide expert assessments, recommend equipment, and facilitate both minor and major home adaptations. These changes, funded by the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG), enhance daily living and help people maintain control of their environments, enabling them to stay in their homes for longer with less external support.

What makes us different? We're not about increasing care packages, we’re about decreasing reliance on them. Our goal is to ensure that our clients need us less, pay us less, and feel empowered to live their lives with confidence and dignity. We focus on promoting long-term well-being rather than short-term fixes, which sets us apart from many other agencies.
